  • Where do you shoot?

    Peoria, Bloomington–Normal, Galesburg, and surrounding Central Illinois communities. Enter the property address when booking, or call us to check your location.

  • How soon do I get my media?

    Photos arrive the next morning. For video, tours, and virtual enhancements, confirm timing with our team so we can plan around your launch.

  • Can I build my own package?

    Absolutely. Start with photography or choose a package, then add the services that fit the property. You’ll see your full quote when booking.

  • How should the home be prepared?

    Clean, decluttered, and ready before we arrive. Our photo preparation guide walks you through the details.

  • Do I need to be at the shoot?

    You’re welcome to join us, but you don’t need to be there. Shoots generally move faster with fewer people in the home, though we’re happy to work around agents and sellers who need to stay.

  • What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

    We haven’t figured out how to control the weather yet, but we can work around it. We can usually take care of the interiors as planned and return for exterior photos when conditions improve. *There’s no extra charge for a weather-related return trip.
